California Grown Gourmet Pistachios

American Pistachio Cream Pasta

1/3 cup Butter or margarine
2 cups Sliced mushrooms
½ cup Heavy cream
½ teaspoon Basil, crushed
8 ounces Pasta, cooked, drained and hot
1 cup Fresh spinach, torn into bite-sized pieces, packed
¼ cup each Grated Parmesan and shredded Swiss cheese
½ cup Chopped natural American pistachios
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter in skillet; sauté mushrooms. Add cream and basil; heat. Pour over hot pasta; mix thoroughly. Add spinach, cheeses, pistachios and salt and pepper; toss to mix well. Yield: 4 servings.
