California Grown Gourmet Pistachios

Baked Pumpkin with Pistachio and Cheese

¼ cupAmerican pistachio kernels, chopped
½ cupCheese, shredded
1 cupPumpkin
1 tablespoonButter
1 ¼ teaspoonSugar

Peel the pumpkin and cut into small cubes. Fry the pumpkin in the butter. Mix American pistachio kernels together with shredded cheese, sugar and pumpkin cubes. Bake for 8 minutes at 350 degrees. Yield: 1.
