Fiddyment Farms Pistachio Satay Sauce

This is an easy versatile sauce that’s great to use for dipping fresh veggies, dipping your favorite skewer, or adding to freshly grilled chicken or seafood. For a little more kick, add more hot sauce for a spicier sauce, and adjust the sugar or soy sauce to make the sauce more sweet or salty. Enjoy!

1⁄2 Cup Fiddyment Farms Pistachio Paste
1 Minced Garlic Clove
1⁄2 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
1⁄2 Tablespoon Lime Juice
1 Teaspoon Thai Chili Sauce
1⁄2 Cup Unsweetend Coconut Milk

Wisk all ingredients together in a bowl. Taste, and adjust seasoning using more soy sauce for more saltiness, more hot sauce for more spiciness, or more brown sugar for more sweetness. The sauce will tend to thicken up as it sits – just add a little water or coconut milk to thin it back out, as needed. Store any left overs in a covered container in the refrigerator.
